How We Operate

At Delight Medicals we have invested years evolving and perfecting our operations to better serve our clients. Many times, this means that we modify our approaches to be as efficient as feasible, taking into consideration the constantly and frequently changing necessities that many insurance companies enforce. Regardless of our best efforts, unfortunately, there are some things that can’t be facilitated.  When these circumstances arise, we continue to advocate for our clients and strive to deliver a positive outcome.

Customer Service & Prior Authorization

To provide excellent support to our clients we currently have customer service representatives available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders are processed daily via phone and fax, once all documentation is received request is submitted in a timely manner to insurance companies for determination.  Delight Medicals focuses on providing supplies to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. In case you are ever dissatisfied or have a much less than exemplary experience with our team members, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us immediately. We will gladly do all that we can to determine the issue and rectify the situation. The next step in our process is billing. This department works tirelessly to make sure the insurance companies pay for the services rendered.
